I would like to know if there is a dishwwasher that is no taller then 321/4 inches and does not have a plastic water hose that goes over the top of the dishwasher as the top of the washer is under a stove top. which is hot. we have at present a modern maid unit of many years. the dishwasher has stopped working. Irene

Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

The only dishwasher that I know that will meet those requirements are the Dishdrawer Dishwasher. I actually recommend the Fisher and Paykel Dishdrawers. Their earlier models has a lot of issues, but have since come a long ways. The height of the dishwasher can be adjusted up to about 3 inches and the unit has no water hoses or anything that run up over the top of the dishwasher.
