Hi..Bob Here...More than likely you have something blocking the pump..Clear the pump .
where is the pump and how do I clear it?
First you will need to remove the water in the tub..This can be completed with a shop vac..Once drained tip the washer onto the front panel to access the underneath..Remove the screw which has a locking tap that holds the motor in place..Turn the motor slightly then remove...Be warned there will be some water coming out as you remove the pump..
Please accept my answer for my time helping you on your question today or let me know if you have any further questions..Thanks Bob
sounds like it may take a while to complete this and determine if this repairs the problem. Can I contact you if this does not solve the problem.

I have the pump off and in hand. now what?
Relist: Other.need answer asap motor is off and need to finish before it gets too late
Check the pump to see if it is blocked.
your answers are not helping. if i have to ask twenty questions to get to the bottom of the problem and wait 40 mins to an hour each time. I will never get this done.
The reason you were removing the pump is because the code indicates that the pump is blocked or the pump is faulty..If there is no blockage in the pump..Then you will need to replace the pump..Your reply to me is almost 2 days later..Thanks Bob
Do you need any further help..Thanks Bob
