My dishdrawer make a load wurring sound when I turn it on. I took all the dishes out and started to run it but it still made the same noise so I turned it off.

ok so this sounds like your bottom dish drawer rotor is damaged or something is stuck under the rotor and needs to be removed. Below is a link to a video that shows you how to remove the rotor so you can check for debris. If everything looks good and you find no debris--switch the top drawer rotor down to the bottom drawer and see if the noise goes away. If it does, then just order and replace the rotor and you'll be good to go again.
