That model number is XXXXX parts a serial number , when you lift the lid if you look straight back in the back they should be a tag with the full model number on it, it should start with a 110, 106, 665 or some other three digit combination, can you check again?, thanks, Bryan

Okay great, the first thing I would like you to do if you could is to grab the machine at the back of the control panel top and take the whole machine forward, there are two legs in the back Them with a hammer, these are self adjusting rear legs, when you Them they should fall down and then set the machine back down and try it again, if one of these legs get stuck and it's not in the proper position the machine will walk back or frontwards let me know if it still doesn't after you adjust those legs, thanks, Bryan,

Okay does this bang around when it's in spin?

No it spins smoothly and does not vibrate any more then it always did. I thought that a spring could be damaged so I just took off the cabinet and all springs look good. My wife says it sounds a little louder than it used to but cannot say how or why.
