I have a frgidaire dishwasher and we live in a climate with really hard water which leaves water residue on and around the dishwasher. Also when the dishwasher cleans the dishes there seems to be a scum on the dishes and also what looks like specks of glass or plastic on some dishes, as well it seems to leak from underneath. wondering if I should be checking to see if the pump might actually have a crack from some glass or debris. Could this be causing my problems.. the model I have is FDB700BFB0ThanksChad
Optional Information: Make: Frigidaire Model: FDB700BFB0 Already Tried: WE HAVE TRIED USING A CLEANER AND IT HELPS MAYBE FOR A RUN OR TWO THEN GOES BACK TO NORMAL. LEAKING IS INTERMITENT AND APPEARS TO COME FROM UNDERNEATH AND NOT FROM THE DOOR SEAL.
Hello my name is XXXX X will be assisting you with your problem today. Lets get started.
as for the leaking I dont know where water could be leaking could be anywhere that you will have to look for yourself
now the not cleaning so well thing
try getting this stuff by jetdry called glass magic aslo try useing cascade complete try over filling both wash cups then try just over filling just the prewash cup
sorry if I understand you correctly. I will run the dishwasher with both the main wash cup and the jet dry dispenser overfilled first. Secondly I will run the dishwasher with just the cascade complete in only the open prewash cup. This should hopefully solve the problem?
