my whirlpool quiet partner II dishwasher will not clean the dishes. Water is coming in, but it appears to have very little water pressure. When I say the dishes aren't clean I don't mean a few spots or a dish or two uncleaned - I mean its like it didn't do anything at all. I checked the sprayer arms and they all appear to move freely and I can't see anything that might be blocking the holes. I have emptied the washer and run it with vinegar only to clean throughout, but it does not help. Any ideas?
