Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today. Is there a light flashing on the control panel or is there an error code showing up?
light is flashing it just dosnt lock
what light?
where it says cycle status starts with sensing, wash, rinse ect
ok so if the sensing light is flashing call warranty. Either your door latch or your splutch has failed and once of them will need to be replaced to fix the issue. These washers are new enough that every one of them is still under warranty so don't void the warranty by trying to take it apart yourself. Just call warranty and have the faulty part replaced.
sorry not on warranty anymore
OK then you need to find your error.1. Be sure the washer is in standby mode (plugged in with all indicators off). 2. Perform the following sequence of movement using the cycle selector knob. NOTE: AFTER RESET, sequence “a” through “e” must be completed within 6 seconds.RESET - Rotate cycle selector knob counterclockwise to clear sequence.a. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second. b. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.c. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second. d. Rotate cycle selector knob counter-clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second. e. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second. Now you are in diagnostics. Turn the knob until just the "DONE" LED is illuminated. Push start and now the error code is displayed.Fault/error codes are displayed by alternating the state of the Status LEDs in one-second intervals. All fault/error codes have an F# XXXXX an E#. The F# XXXXX “Type of Fault” and the E# XXXXX “Component system where fault is located.”The LEDs (Wash, Rinse, Spin, and Done) represent the fault and error code. It will flash one time WITHOUT the FILL light illuminated and one time WITHOUT. Please tell me which lights are illuminated when the fill light is illuminated and which ones are illuminated when the fill light is not illuminated.
