I am getting an E20 error message on my Frigidaire Affinity washing machine. All the responses I find to this message talk about a panel on the bottom front. I don't seem to have such a panel on my washer. I have the washer-dryer stacked so I can't turn the washer over.

The E20 error code is not showing as a good error code in the service manual I have for your unit. What you need to do is run the on board diagnostics and see if it shows a different error d=code.

The code that comes up is E21. When I do a wash, the entire cycle runs, but the tub doesn't drain.
Ok you have a restriction in the drain line or a bad drain pump. Unfortunately you are going to have to unstack the unit to get to the pump and drain system to check it. Below are the instructions to get to the drain system.
