maytag jet Clean Dishwasher EQ plus does not start and washer does not register when I press the option buttons to begin a cycle. I checked the circut breaker and there is power to the dishwasher.

ok do you have a Volt-Ohm meter to be able to check voltage to the door switch and control board?
no
ok ,then I will have to suspect the the control has gone bad , door switches seldom go bad .
