Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.This means that your of your burner switches has failed. You'll need to disconnect all the wires to one of the burner switches and plug the range back in to see if the light is off. If not, reconnect all the wires and try the next switch until you find the switch causing the problem. That is the switch you need to roder and repalce because it has a stuck contact inside telling you that one of the burners is on when it's not.
