my neptune washer stoped high speed spining after a unbalanced load. I can get the motor to spin high speed in the test mode but it will not in a regular wash cycle. it is model number MAH6500A

goes back and forth All looks normal untill it get to the high speed spin mode then the time stops or it cycles between 7min - 8min- 7min
ok then that means that unit thinks it's out of balance. There are a few out of balance switches, but the one mounted to the tub of the plastic outer tub is the ball bearing out of balance switch that commonly fails. you'll want to order and replace this switch to fix the issue.
