Having waited the recommended 6 hours ,I have switched on my new frost free Hotpoint fridge freezer and there is a continuous beeping. What should I do about this?

Can you post the model number of the appliance please?

 

The beeping should stop as the appliance cools down.

Is it still beeping? (assuming you've had it on all night).
