Customer Question

honeywell diverter valve type(NNN) NNN-NNNNin a domestic heating system does not appear to operate. There is a lever beneath the unit which I can move sideways , but doesn`t move when the controller is activated.Does this indicate that the diverter is not working.? If it is not then can i obtain a replacement part and fit it without disconnecting the plumbing. ? I have been able to see the internals but can`t discern any movement of the parts, I would appreciate your assistance. xxxx xxxxxxx

It is possible to;
1. Fit a new motor or
2. Fit a new head.

Is it possible to confirm you have power to the unit?
