We have a Bosh Logi free standing deep freeze self-defrost It

We have a Bosh Logi free standing deep freeze self-defrost
It is 8 years old
Has had new door seal recently.
Set at -18
When opened can drop to -13
Takes a long time to reach -18 again
Please advise what is wrong.

Hello, Do you notice if it has an air cooled condenser coil? The one on the outside and heats up? IS there a fan near this condenser coil? Is this fan running?

I cannot see any condenser coil.


 


As far as I know the fan is running but I can`t move


the freezer to see behind as its too heavy for me.
