This sets the flood guard and the discharge pump will run continuously in an effort to protect the electrics in the base.Turn off the electric.Remove the metal kick panel of the machine.
Look in there and you will see water in there.
Carefully dry this up.
The machine should now be reset.If this re occurs you have a leak and will need to find it and rectify it .
You may want to run the machine a couple of times to be sure there are no leaks.
Often this occurs just due to splashes of water falling into the base pan, if the door is opened whilst the machine is running.
