1. The water is pumped out.
2. The drum does not turn when it should spin. Recently, it did spin, but only after removal of half of the load, and redistribution of the remaining load.
3. The drum turns when washing, but not during spinning.
4. The drum will now not turn during the spin cycle, with or without removal of some of the load, and redistribution of the remainder.
5. The machine will not now spin even when unloaded.
OK, if it turns on wash but not on spin this suggests a faulty motor.

Is it still turning?

Unplug the appliance and check the wiring to the motor, check the motor plug too.
