Hi

That's just the spin speed of the washer.

I need the model number please. Its either on a sticker on the inside of the door or its in small print on the front control panel.

Hi

That's great thanks. Lets see what the error code is stored in there.

Turn the dial to a spin and set it going.

Then press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it.

Keep them held in and after a few seconds the leds will go out.

Now the end light and start light will be flashing.

You need to count the number of flashes from each light inbetween the pause and let me know.

1 flash from start light

2 from end light

Hi

Ok that's error code E21 which is a draining error code.

What you need to do is open the little square door in the bottom right corner and there you will see the filter.

You need to get a shallow tray under there and slacken the filter and drain the water out from there.

Once the water is out you can then fully remove the filter and clear out any debris that's in there.

Then look at the back were the filter goes and you will see the pump impeller X shape.

Check theres nothing stuck in there stopping it from turning as the impeller should ping round in stages.

Once its all clear refit the filter and retry the washer and fingers crossed this will cure it.

Let me know how it goes or if you need anymore info just get back to me.

Regards
