Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is Rob and I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isnt clear, please just ask me.

Can you tell me the model number please? Its on a sticker in the door recess, open the door and youll see it.
Can you also tell me, what did you try to remove the child lock?

Thanks

Hi
Thanks
On the machine is there a button "Finished in"?

Thanks
Rob
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

no is a main one whit start pause

Expert:  Rob replied 3 years ago.
Hi

Thanks
Pressing and holding the start button for 5 seconds should release the lock.
Is this what you tried?
Are there any other buttons?
If this does not happen, it wuld indicate a fault with the control board.
How old is the machine?
Did it come from the UK?

Thanks
Rob

Hiya,

How many buttons are there below the screen?

From the left, what are the buttons marked?

Thanks

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

below the screen are 4 buttons starting from left one is marked whit..c temperature .next spining simbol then intensive dray simbol then timer

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.

Hiya,

OK, thanks for that.

You need to have the machine on the program it was on when child lock was set.

If you can't remember the program, you need to try each one in turn.

Select the program, then, press and hold the timer button (far right under the display) until the key symbol goes out.

Once you get it out, you'll be able to use the appliance again.

It is important that you have the machine on the program it was on when child lock was set.

It won't unlock if it's on a different program.

Hope this helps

Thanks
