Hiya

E72 is a condenser chamber NTC fault.

.

This is the sensor in the black hose at the bottom of the condenser chamber.

You'll need to unplug the appliance and take the rear panel off.

(If your machine has no rear panel and has a seam down the middle each side, you need to remove the top and rear half of the casing).

Look for the hose attaching the condenser (plastic chamber) to the tub.

You'll see the sensor and it's plug sticking out of the hose.

.

The condenser is the plastic chamber that runs from the top (under the dryer fan) down to the lower part of the tub, the hose joins the chamber to the tub.

.

Check the wires to the plug.

Give them a tug as they can break internally.

If the wiring is ok, you'll need to obtain and fit a new sensor.

http://www.4ourhouse.co.uk/ or http://www.espares.co.uk/ should be able to supply the sensor.

.

Check it out, see how it goes and get back to me if you need more help.

Obviously, if you cannot do the work yourself, you'll need to get someone in to do the work for you.

.

Hope this helps

Thanks
