Our beko washing machine seems to be stuck, it goes to the first part of the cycle and then its just stops the quick wash button is highlighted i have only had it less than a year its causing all sorts of problems please help thankyou so much ange

BEKO excellence WMB71442S it pauses then you press cancel and hold it for three seconds then it starts and ends very quickly

When you press and hold it to cancel, it should end the program.

 

As per my previous post.

 

Has it stopped full or empty of water?

If you select spin only, what happens?

Are you able to cancel ?

Are you able to select a new program?

I haveresponded I cannot cancel the setting that'd sets thewasher yo start after an hour or hour and half please dirt it out

Hi I am Tech Michael I have over 15 years experience with Beko washers.

The problem is the main control bard has a component failure.

the good news is that the washer if less than a year old, is still under warranty:-)!!

You should just call the store you purchased it form for instructions on parts replacement or for a complete replacement please contact Beko.
