Hiya,

Can you post the E-Nr number of the machine please?

It's on a label in the door recess.

Thanks

Hiya,

Sorry, I was out working by the time you responded.

I've just got home so I can have a look at this now if you still need help.

Thanks

The machine is not producing heat. I have looked in the vent but it is clear and not blocked.

Hiya,

Sorry, Bosch don't recognise the E-Nr number.

I think you may have an 8 instead of the first B in BGB.

If you do, unplug the appliance.

Take the rear panel off to expose the thermostats.

Look for the one with the small button on it.

Firmly press the button till it clicks.

Reassemble and try the machine again.

Ensure the vent hose/vent ducts are clean and clear.

If all is ok, the machine should now be working again.

If still faulty, you are looking at a heater or control failure.

Hope this helps

Thanks
