Hi

Ok nothing much is coming up on this.

Is there a clock on there?

If so is it flashing?

Do any lights come on at all when you try and start the oven going?

Regards

There is a clock which isn't flashing or lights at all. None of the little lights come on for the top or bottom oven

Hi

Ok so the clock isn't even lit up?

If so then you need to pull the oven out and remove the back panel. There you will see the mains connection box were the power cable enters the oven.

Check this hasn't burnt out. If you have a multimeter you can check to see if theres still 240v there.

If the power supply is fine and the connection box isn't burnt out then look on the back and you should see the thermal cut out. Its round and about the size of a 10p and will have 2 wires going to it.

You need to check this and see if its faulty. If so then the thermal cut out needs to be replaced.

So check them and see what you find. If you need anymore info just get back to me.
