Welcome, my name is Rob and I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.

Can you tell me the product number from the data plate please?
It should be in the door recess

Thanks
Rob

I will have to deal with this later as I am in the office at the moment. I should also mention that in addition to the dial saying "demo", the oven / grill are not working.

Hi

This is odd, as there is no mention of this unit having a demo mode.

Most other Electrolux / AEG brands, do and the instructions are as follows

First plug in and then press meat probe/clock button until 2 beep tones confirm. Release button.
Then press simultaneously within 2 secs the meat probe and minus buttons. Two beeps will confirm.

Let me know if that works for you
Thanks

Regret this did not work.

Hi Rita

Ok, lets try this
Releasing Demo Mode
1.
Ensure the oven is off by pressing the ON/OFF button.
2.
Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the display turns
ON then OFF. Immediately after press the cooktime
buttons simultaneously, hold until the words ‘Normal
mode’ are displayed, a single beep will sound to confirm

let me know

thanks
Rob
