What process have you followed to clear the code?
turned of machine for 2hrs switched on and pressed start button for 10secs. advice from BOSCH
See if you can erase the stored error code first.
The machine stores 5 codes so you may need to do this several times to clear the codes
Turn the knob to off.
Close the door.
Turn the knob to 6 o'clock position.
Wait 2 seconds.
The start/pause should begin flashing.
(If the start button doesn't flash, just carry on trying to erase the codes).
Press and hold the spin button. (it may be marked RPM)
Turn the knob to 7 o'clock position.
Release the button.
This should erase the error code and hopefully get you running again.
If the error code returns, you have a problem with the motor (most likely carbon brushes), wiring or main control.
If the machine won't go into diagnostics to erase the error code, it would suggest a faulty control board.
Try it several times to see if you get it reset.
Hope this helps
let me know how it goes or if you need more help
