Hiya,

Sorry for the delay in getting to your question.

Inside the freezer compartment, is there any signs of ice?

If the freezer is still freezing the food, then it's very likely there's a blockage, preventing the cold air being blown up into the fridge.

This is by far the most common fault and should be checked first.

To clear the blockage, you need to fully empty the appliance.

You need to find somewhere for your frozen food.

Then, unplug the appliance.

Open the doors.

Leave the machine for at least 24 hours, 48 preferably, in a warm room.

The ice blockage should clear and when you close the doors and switch on again, the machine should begin working properly.

Try it out, see how it goes and get back to me if you get more problems with it.

Hope this helps

Thanks
