Sorry for the delay in getting to your question.
At the bottom rear of the appliance is the compressor, a black pot shaped item.
Is this running?
If it is, is it very hot?
Is there any signs of ice inside the freezer compartment?
the compresser is very hot, no sign of ice in freezer compartment,
Sorry for the delay, just got in from work.
the compressor being very hot suggests there's a blockage in the pipework preventing it pumping the refrigerant around.
Unfortunately, it's not a diy repair and it's an expensive repair if the blockage can be cleared.
Unplug it, leave it for 24 hours.
Plug it back in.
If still the same, given the age of it, I'd suggest using the cost of a potential repair against the cost of a new one.
Sorry, not good news or a simple fix I'm afraid.
Hope this helps
