hi . I have a beko washer model wm6123w . it has stopped spinning

hi . I have a beko washer model wm6123w . it has stopped spinning and draining . taken kick board off and drained using pipe then checked filter . It had a 10p coin in it and a little lint/muck but not much . Still wont work on spin/drain . Any ideas please .

hello . no the belt is intact and in place

If the clothes are still wet, you may have a worn or loose belt (Maytag®), a worn clutch (GE®/Hotpoint®), or a worn motor pulley or tub bearing. Hope this helps

gave up waiting for reply and replaced the machine . worst £28 i even spent .
will not leave rating as their isnt one for stated the obvious or waste of time and money .. Will not use this service again
