Richard Hill :

Hi

Richard Hill :

Does the microwave work properly on any of the possible settings?

Richard Hill :

If not, I'm afraid the microwave probably has a major fault with the magnetron or inverter

Richard Hill :

There have been a couple of previous questions about this

Richard Hill :

There are some details within these about the parts and how to contact NEFF's Repair service.

Richard Hill :

Of course such electrical repairs should only b e undertaken by a fully qualified technician

Hi Edward,

Unfortunately this is consistent with a Magnetron and/or Inverter problem, so you'll need to decide whether to seek a repair, or if uneconomic, a new microwave (assuming it's not still within the warranty period).

Sorry that I cannot offer a better solution, but let me know if you need any further information.

Best Regards,

Richard
