wft2800 washer dryer works but today caused house electric

Customer Question

wft2800 washer dryer works but today caused house electric sockets to "trip" . Plug, socket and cable all professionally checked and perfect. No visible loose connections when top taken off. No sign of burning/damage.

Hi Sorry to hear that is happening.

Let me ask, When does it trip the house breaker?

When you first plug it in?

Or when you try to set a cycle?

Please provide as much information as possible so I can assist you correctly:-)

Thank you

Trips a couple of seconds after it begins a cycle! The lights come on, the cycle begins - then it trips.

Hi the system sometimes here has a bit of a delay sorry for that I don't control that lol.

Ok when it trips, is it in filling?

Can you try a different cycle to see if that makes any difference?

I need to know because that will tell me a lot as to the problem you are having and what needs to be replaced.

Thank you
