Customer Question

Hi,
Just wondered if you could help us out?
We have a Worcester Bosch boiler in the atic, on a gable end wall. It appears to of lost pressure and turned off. I've repressurised it back into the band, but the red light is still flashing on the front control panel.
Would you have any ideas for us to fix it, as we have no heating or hot water.
Thanks
Adrian.
