Hi well its a good thing the unit is new as there is a problem with the defrost circuits.
That would require testing of the various components to determine which part isn't working.
But since it is so new, I would simply call the store of purchase and tell them you would like a replacement or repair.
Personally myself, I would want a new unit not a repair as I paid for a new freezer;-)
See how that goes over, it is still under the manufacturers warrant and you may need to call Indesit.
