Hiya,

Can you advise further on this question please?

What is the problem with the hob?

Are you looking for a local repairer, manufacturer repairer or a fixed price repairer?

.

Thanks

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It has a bad. crack.. I do not mind who does the work. In my view it needs replacing, as it is dangerous as it is.

Hiya,
Ok, thanks for that.
.
We don't come out to do repairs or organise them.
I can, however, help you find a repairer.
.
If you require my help can you post the product number of the appliance please?
.
It begins with 9 so you need to prefix it with A so I ca see it.
.
Eg A914419941 00
.
Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The product number in the installation & operating instructions is: 949 592 267. Type PEE 2019 Model ZKT 641F

Hope that helps.

Hiya,

Thanks for that.

.

To give an idea of the cost of the part, click here.

(Zanussi is part of the Electrolux group of companies).

.

On top of this sort of price you would have the cost of the repairer as well.

.

It's worth trying the offer from British Gas.

Click here for the British Gas offer.

It's a fixed price inclusive of parts and labour, it's well below what an independent or Service Force would charge.

If they can't fix it (very unlikely) then there's no charge.

I believe they'll drop the charge lower if you put your appliances on contract with them.

.

If you don't want them, then Service Force is the manufacturer appointed agents.

.

Check it out, see what you find and get back to me if you need more help.

Hope this helps

Thanks
