Washing one towel will throw the machine out of balance and will not spin, try washing 2 or 3 of them at a time and that should correct your problem...
All I ask of you is to please rate me with one of the top 3 ratings. If there is anything else I can help you with today just let me know. You can continue asking questions for as long as you like even after you rate me. Bonuses are welcome if I have helped you a lot, however they are not mandatory
I have tried that................
If you put the machine on spin only, does it spin properly?
If you put a full load into the machine, does it spin properly?
No to both................
OK, thanks for that.
When you set it to spin only, with nothing in it, what does it do?
Are you getting any error codes or flashing lights?
You say it's a new machine, have the transit bolts been removed?
Then it spins fine ,no error codes etc.
It was professionally installed (Curry's) so I would assume transit bolts have been removed.
If it's spinning ok empty, then it should spin with a full, balanced load.
When you wash a full load (not bath towels, just clothing), does it work ok?
Put a full load of clothing in and try it on wash, let me know what happens.
Have you managed to try it with a full load yet?
