Several people have complained about this issue. It is not your system that is the problem. The issue is with the TV station, they are supposed to be working on the issue. I have seen where customers have contacted Sharp to get this issue resovled, with special reboots, and other things. I would suggested you to call Sharp to see if they can get this issue corrected for you, or give you an idea when it will be resolved. I hope this information has assisted you.
