Hiya,

Can you post the E-Nr number of the appliance please?

You'll find this on a label in the door recess.

.

Thanks

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The number is

Hiya,

This is normally a blockage in the pump that lifts the water from the pump chamber to the water bottle.

Unplug the appliance.

Take the top and left side panel off. (On some, the facia has to come off too).

Follow the hoses down and you'll come to the pump.

Take the hoses off, blow up them to ensure they are clean and clear.

Take the pump out.

Clean out any debris jamming the pump and clean out the pump chamber.

Take the condenser out.

Clean it out thoroughly, clean out the chamber it fits into.

.

Reassemble and try the machine again.

.

It should now pump the water up to the water bottle or out of the drain hose.

.

You will need Torx drivers or bits to remove the screws.

.

Check it out, see what you find and get back to me if you need more help.

Obviously, if you cannot do the work yourself, you'll need to get someone in to do it for you.

Hope this helps

Thanks

How do you get the pump out?

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.

Hiya,

Have you got the panel off?

It's either clipped in place or it's screwed in place.

Both methods have been used in this model series.

.

Thanks

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Side panel won't come entirely off. I cannot see screws fixing the pump in.

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.

Hiya,

The side panel comes off, if it's held at the top front, the facia has to come off.

Once you have the side panel off you can see the pump better and see if it's clipped in place.

.

It has a cover over it that comes off first.

.

Thanks

Thanks. I got the side panel off and then removed pumps cover. There was a screw under it. Found water and gunk filling the lower level. Reconnected everything and nowrunning. Lets see??

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.

Hiya,

As long as the pump is getting the water up top, it will work.

.

Good luck with the appliance.

Hope this helped

Thanks
