Hiya,

Does the drain pump continue running when you open the door?

.

Is this the integrated or free standing machine?

.

Thanks

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Integrated dishwasher, drain pump does continue with door open

Hiya,

The anti flood device on the machine has been activated.

Unplug the appliance.

Take the plinth beneath the units off.

Look at the bottom area of the machine and up a little.

Is there a removable panel there?

.

Thanks

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Does not look like any removable panel, on front bottom behind plinth is a white panel with plastic screw in middle with arrows shown which way to turn. It des not seem to do much.

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.

Hiya

Above that should be a metal panel that comes out.

If not, you'll need to take the whole machine out so you can take the side panels off and remove the water in the base.

.

Thanks

Metal panel above loose but connected to cable loom, not enough space to get hand in

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.

Hiya,

OK, if you can't detach it or there's not enough room for you, you need to take the machine out.

There is no other way and if there is an actual leak, you'll need it out anyway.

.

Take the machine out, remove the water and try it again.

Watch it working to see if it's leaking.

.

Let me know what you find.

Thanks
