Hi

Ok im taking it the display just says stop does it?

If so try this and this should set it as im not sure if you have tried it yet.

Turn the left dial to off position

Press the small middle button twice

Then turn the right dial to set the time and then leave for a few seconds and then the time will lock and that should allow you to work the oven.

Let me know how it goes.

Yes, it does say Stop. I've tried pressing the button when in Off mode (and all other settings) but it won't depress at all?

Hi

Ok so when you press the middle button do you feel it clicking?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No, it won't let me press it in, it's like it's locked? Normally I'd just push it in no problem, but it's jammed or something.

Hi

Ok its faulty im afraid.

Ive replaced loads of these for this fault where you cannot press it in.

To replace this you need to pull the oven out and remove the metal control panel by undoing the 2 screws either side holding it on then you can undo the small wiring block and prise it out and pop the new one in.

So im afraid to cure this you will need to replace that small push button.

If you need anymore info just get back to me.
