Ok that's fine.
If the door lock light is coming on and the door is locked then its usually worn carbon brushes in the motor which causes this fault.
What you need to do is pull the washer out and lean it backwards against a wall and get someone to hold for you.
Then lay down and look under the washer.
From there you will see the back of the motor. Either side of the motor at the back re the carbon brushes in the black plastic holders.
Take them out and inspect them and see if they have worn down.
If so then you need to replace them.
Then retry the washer and see how it goes from there. Fingers crossed this will sort it out.
But if the carbon brushes are fine then you need to check the wiring in the block on the side of the motor. Give them a tug as they can break inside the block.
But check the carbons first as mostly for this fault its them at fault here.
