Hi

When the light flashes is the door locked so you cannot open it?

If not then have you tried slamming the door to see if this starts it?

Regards

Hi, yes the door is locked and will only open if dial reset to off position

Hi

Ok what you need to do is check the carbon brushes in the motor.

Lean the washer backwards against a wall and get someone to hold for you.

Then lay down and look under the washer. From there you will see the back of the motor.

Either side are the carbon brushes. Take them out and see if they have worn down.

If so then they will need to be replaced.

As some models do this if the carbon brushes have worn.

Let me know what you find.

Regards
