Hiya,
Can you post the complete E-Nr number of the machine please?
It's on a label in the door recess.
Include the 2 numbers after the /

Thanks

Hiya,
Thanks for that.
.
Can you tell me the colours of the double wire please?
Can you trace the wires back and tell me what they connect to?
.
Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

All wires are the same colour which is white. I am unable to trace the wires back to their source as I can't remove the oven to get to them.

Hiya,
Ok thanks for that.

According to the connection diagram, there are 3 wires on one side and 2 on the other side of the element.

I really do prefer to trace things and make sure but as you are unable to you can't do that.

Try it out see what happens and get back to me if you need more help.
.
Hope this helps
Thanks

Thank you

I am happy with your answer and will try it when I have got a new element, as I was removing the old one to check if it was blown when the wire came loose.

Thanks again for your help.
