Hi

If its not heating then its either the heater the wiring or the control board at fault here.

What you need to do is pull the washer out and remove the back panel.

There you will see the heater in the back of the drum.

Make sure the wires are on there ok and if so then you need a multimeter to test the heater. It should be about 30 Ohms.

If that's ok then in the heater is the NTC (temperature sensor) it will have 2 thin wires there. Test this with the meter and it should be about 15 Kohms. If faulty then the heater needs to be replaced.

If the heater and NTC and wiring are fine then its something to do with the control board.

Take it out and remove the board from the casing and see if theres any dry joints or burn marks on there. If so try and resolder them and see if this cures it.

But if it looks ok then its probberly going to be replaced as that's all that's left after the heater and NTC.

If you need anymore info just get back to me.

Regards
