Hiya,
Can you post the model number of the appliance please?
Is there any ice build up inside the freezer?
.
Thanks

can't give you the model number till I get home from work, but there is no build up of ice it is frost free

Hiya,
OK, no problem, just post the model number when you can.
Frost Free only means the machine can defrost itself.
It does not mean that there cannot be ice in it.
You need to check and see if there's a build up of ice.

Thanks

there is no ice, the top drawers are not freezering at all, had to throw away ice creams that have melted completely

Hiya,
How do you know there is no ice?
I need the model number so I can advise on where to check.

The top drawers are not freezing because there's no cold air circulating.
This can be down to an ice blockage.

It can be other things but until I have the model number I can't tell you exactly where to check.

Thanks

Hiya,
No problem, once I know that, I'll advise on what to remove to check for ice.

Thanks
