Hiya
Can you prefix the product number with A and repost it please?
The number gets crossed out otherwise.

Thanks

Hiya,
Sorry, that's not the product number, PNC begins with 9.

Thanks

Hiya,
Thanks for that.

When you tried replacing the bulbs, were they both blown?

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

yes they were both blown

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.
.
Unplug the appliance.
You need to get a look inside the light fitting.
At the bottom of it, where the bulb screws down onto will be the copper strips.
Lift these up a little.
They tend to flatten out and when you change bulbs, the new one doesn't touch the copper strip.
Once lifted, screw in the bulb and plug in again.
.
You should now find the bulbs are working.
.
Check it out, see what you find and get back to me if you need more help.
.
Hope this helps
