Hi my whirpool 6th sense washing machine wont spin. Drum not

Hi my whirpool 6th sense washing machine won't spin. Drum not rotating. Water has stayed in bottom do the drum.

Hiya,
You need to manually drain all the water out of the machine.
You can do this using the drain hose or by slackening the filter cap.

Take off the plastic cover below the front panel and you'll reveal the filter cap.
Put a shallow dish down.
Slacken the filter and drain the water.
Tighten the filter when you need to empty the dish.

Once empty, take the filter out.
Remove any debris in the housing and ensure the X shaped pump impellor can be turned manually.

Once done, refit the filter and try the machine again.

If all is well, it should be working.
