Hiya,
Have you checked the power to the hob hasn't been accidentally turned off?
Have you checked the fuse in the plug or in the remote switch?
.
Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I have checked switch, fuse and fuse box - all ok.

What now?

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
Hiya,
OK, if you are getting power to the hob, it suggests the spark generator inside the hob has failed.
.
Are you able to take the hob out and apart to work on it?

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Hob is built in. I am not qualified to dismantle it. what do?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No. Hob is built in. what now?

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
Hiya,
Unfortunately, if you can't do the work yourself, you have no option but to get someone in to do the work for you.

Sorry, the ignition generator is inside the hob.

Thanks

Thanks. Unfortunately not satisfied. Pitzo not working

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
Not sure what you mean by "not satisfied".
Of course it's not working, you cannot do the work to narrow the fault down so the fault cannot be rectified.

I can only advise on the fault, I can't make it for you if you cannot do the work.

I'll opt out of your question now and leave you to it..

Hi let me see if I can help you here.
There is whats called a spark module in your unit.
That controls the spark for all burners.
If you aren't getting any spark, you will need to replace that part.
I can help you do this and also provide the best place to obtain a new spark module. Please let me know if you need that as well:-)
Thank you
