Hiya,
Can you post the model number of the appliance please?
It's on a label in the door recess.

Thanks

Hiya,
Thanks for that.
.
This shows me a free standing microwave oven.
.
Unplug the appliance.
.
To access the bulb you need to take the outer cover off.
(You will likely find Torx security screws holding the cover on, you'll need the correct tools to get them out).
Once off, you'll find the bulb at the top right, near the front.
It's installed bulb down into a plastic housing.
.
Take the wires (or plug) off of the lamp, then take the lamp out.
Fit the new one, put the wires back on and refit the cover.
.
Be aware, microwave ovens can store a charge in excess of 4000 volts, even when unplugged. (If you unplug and leave it overnight, you should be ok).
.
As long as you take care not to touch anything other than the bulb, you should have no problems.
.
It's not an ordinary bulb either, it comes with it's own holder and connection points for the wires.
.
Check it out, get back to me if you need more help.
Obviously, if you cannot do the work yourself, you'll need to get someone in to do it for you.
.
Hope this helps
Thanks
