If all the burners are sparking all the time then its usually down to a faulty spark generator. But what you can try first is remove the pan stands and then the burners. Make sure its turned off at the time.
Get a hair dyer and heat all 6 of the spark leads on each burner. Then get a piece of kitchen paper and give each spark lead a wipe.
Then turn the power back on and see how it goes from there. If its still sparking then the spark generator will need to be replaced as that will be the fault.
To access the spark box the hob top will need to be removed. Remove all the burners and you will see 2 screws either side of the burners. Remove them.
Remove the knobs and then you can lift it up.
The spark box will be on the left at the front and it will have all the spark leads going to it. Replace that and that should cure the fault.
But just try the hair dryer trick as sometimes this does work.
