Customer Question

Hi I have a dc39, and the suction has gone. I have checked every part of the cleaner but think the problem is within the ball. Is there a way of opening it to clear out any problem.

Hi I'm sorry to hear that.
I need to know how old the vacuum is?
Also when you turn it on does it sound like its straining for air?
Or just sounds normal?
Thank you
Tech Michael
