Zanussi zwd1271 will not dry. Error message comes up saying

Customer Question

Zanussi zwd1271 will not dry. Error message comes up saying water outlet but I have checked it and it's not kinked and I've cleaned the filters out. It washes ok but doesn't dry.

Thank You for using JustAnswer - My name is Tony and I am more than happy to help with your question today.

If you open the door at the end of the cycle, do you get steam coming out from the dishwasher.

Hi it's a washer dryer not a dishwasher
It washes but I can't use the drying cycle as it comes up with an error message
Expert:  SparePartspro replied 3 years ago.
Sorry about that, I'll check your model number again and then get back to you.

Thanks

OK found your model.
Apart from the water outlet message you have, what is the error code displayed on the front control panel.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Hi
I put it on to dry and after 1 minute of spinning it beeps and flashes E10
Thanks
Expert:  SparePartspro replied 3 years ago.
OK thanks for that.
E10 is a problem with an inlet valve during the drying cycle.
It needs water to condense the steam so may not be getting enough water.

If you take off the top cover of the dryer, there is a water inlet valve at the back. It's a triplet valve which you can see HERE

You can check if the valve is passing water during the drying cycle or simply replace it.

Try that and let me know how it goes.
