Customer Question

I recently bought an LG Network, 3D Blu-ray Disc DVD Player, BP325.
I am not able to get a picture on my television screen. I have connected
the AC Adapter and the HMDI Connection, but all I see on my screen
is the word `HELLO`, and I do not know what else to do. Can you help.
Yours gratefully,
ScottBoyce.

Hi Scott,
the word Hello, is that being generated from the CDC player?
Likely it is, Please let me know how old the unit is also what happens when you try to play a DVD?
The fact that it is displaying Hello on the TV is a good sign.
It means that have it hooked up correctly:-)
But we need to see why it wont play.
Thank you

The word `HELLO` is showing on my new LG Blu-ray DVD Player Box. My television, which is also brand new, I bought it within last week, says,

`no video available` for some reason, even though my HMDI cable, and the AC Adapter, are both connected. Does this help?

Thanks Scott,
Go into your menu on the TV and select the video source, this is the likely reason for this problem.
One other thing you may be able to do, is using the channel buttons, try going from channel 3 to 2 then one or two more channels down, that may set you up on the correct video signal line:-)
Please let me know how this goes?
Thank you
